As a side note, this special is for new bookings only, you can not canx and rebook. This special will save you huge money if you were on the fence about going. The rates above apply to Hedo 2, but Hedo 3 is also running the special.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to update everyone. I booked during the $600 off sale. When I heard of this special I called my travel agent and they advised me it was for New Bookings Only,Yes I was disappointed but I understood it was a Superclubs policy not my agent. Well last night I got an email that said "As of today they are allowing everyone to rebook... I have requested it and will advise you tomorrow."

Well I just saved $267 per room. We booked with friends and had booked 2 rooms.

I am not only extremely happy with the savings but I am also extremely happy with Castaway travel. They really could have just dropped the issue after telling me that Superclubs would not allow. I am confident I will be using them for years to come.

Not to me knowledge, I just know what is being refunded to my Credit Card, because my trip was already paid off.

ok, just talked to Tammy. If you are with a group--forget it! Some people can cancel and rebook, but there MAY be a cancelation fee (one example given was a cancellation fee of $500.00. with that the person only ended up saving $84.00).Anyway...just thought that i would share the info that I got.

I spoke with her also and was told the same thing...she was going to check and see what she could do ..oh well not gonna worry about it We are booked and ready to go

We booked thru Super Clubs about a month ago and we called today and they said they will match and honor the new promotion and the woman told us we would get a credit back for our trip of $500!!!!

I made her read that back three times and also confirmed that we were NOT cancelling or rebooking.

Today was the last day of the promotion so not sure if anyone else can try this tonight.
